BRG’s AI Department is seeking an AI Infrastructure Senior Engineer to lead the development of our Virtual Ai Lab initiative. Following the successful completion of Phase 01 (physical Ai Lab build-out), this role will focus on creating a virtual access layer that makes our high-performance Ai Lab remotely accessible to teams across BRG. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable infrastructure to support processing 100,000+ documents daily using state-of-the-art LLMs from OpenAI and Anthropic.

About The Role

The Knowledge Systems / Graph Engineer builds structured knowledge systems that enable reasoning across large datasets. This includes knowledge graphs, entity resolution, and cross-document linking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build knowledge graphs and entity resolution systems

• Link facts across documents and datasets

• Enable cross-document reasoning capabilities

• Support structured data layers used by AI applications

• Collaborate with application engineers on reasoning systems

Qualifications

• Experience with graph databases or knowledge graph technologies

• Strong data engineering skills

• Experience with large-scale data integration

• Familiarity with entity resolution techniques

• Strong Python or backend engineering experience

• Good English written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work in a collaborative and dynamic team
