Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role where your work keeps production moving? We're hiring a Materials Handler to join our Hendersonville team. This is a critical position responsible for staging and managing materials to keep production lines running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve materials while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Set up, operate, and adjust palletizers, stretch wrap machines, and related equipment
• Monitor palletizer patterns, change stretch wrap rolls, and resolve fallen carton issues
• Troubleshoot machine jams and adjust settings to keep production flowing
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including SQF and food safety standards
• Collaborate with supervisors to address quality and safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Perform additional warehouse and production support tasks as needed

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift and material handling equipment proficiency required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and communication skills
