We are currently recruiting for Full TIme 3-11 Certified Nursing Assistants. A $3500 Sign on / Recruitment - Retention Bonus for Full TIme C N A 's on 3-11 hired for 37.50 hours a week.

We have per diem/pt opportunites on 7-3 and 3-11.

Job Summary

We are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of compassionate professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional care in Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Join our growing family at the newly expanded sub-acute household! We're looking for enthusiastic team members to fill various shifts.

Duties

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.

Skills

• CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
• A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
• Experience working in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards is essential.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
