Surgery Scheduler Specialist

Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Scheduler

Work location: 4221 Medical Parkway - Suite 150 Carrollton, Texas 75010 and 5930 West Parker Road - Suite 700 Plano, TX 75093

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (8:00am - 5:00pm)), Fridays (8:00am - 2:30pm)

Here's What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Two Years of related experience in Healthcare environment (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do

• Coordinate, Register and Schedule appointments for patients according to availabiliy

• Conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care

• Ensure all required tests needed prior to surgery are done

• Schedule any necessary follow-up appointments
