What You'll Be Doing
Office Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy construction office — manage supplies and inventory, coordinate vendor relationships, and keep the workspace organized, functional, and welcoming for field staff and leadership alike.
Administrative Support Be the right hand to leadership. Assist with scheduling, documentation, correspondence, digital and physical filing systems, and invoice and expense processing. In construction, the details matter — and you'll own them.
Event Planning & Coordination Organize internal meetings, team events, travel logistics, and company gatherings that strengthen culture and recognize the hardworking people who make projects happen.
Culture & Team Support Be the first friendly face for new hires during onboarding and the go-to resource for employees on office matters. You'll play a direct role in creating a positive, productive work environment.
What You BringTechnical Skills
- Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or office management
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive); Microsoft Office a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with invoice processing, expense tracking, and scheduling
- Basic social media management skills (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with construction or trades environments is a strong plus, but not required

- Ability to work fully on-site, Monday–Friday, at the Cedar Park, TX office
- Comfort managing event logistics, scheduling, and vendor communications
- Experience with basic financial and invoice processing (preferred)
- Social media management experience (a plus)

This is a fully on-site position at our client's Cedar Park, TX office location. Candidates must be able to commute reliably to Cedar Park (Austin Metro Area). Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
