What You’ll Do

As Front Desk Manager, you’ll oversee daily front office operations, coach your team, and ensure smooth, guest-centric service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and scheduling front desk agents and night auditors
• Training staff on systems, service standards, and guest engagement techniques
• Monitoring check-in/check-out procedures, billing accuracy, and reservation flow
• Handling escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
• Managing inventory of supplies, keys, and technology tools
• Reviewing daily reports and audit summaries
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for front office staff

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hotel front desk or guest services experience, with at least 1year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, team-first approach
• Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (Oracle and StayNTouch)
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay composed under pressure
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
