About This Position
The Office & Culture Coordinator is a highly visible, people-centered role that sits at the intersection of office operations, employee experience, and talent support at EyeQ Monitoring. This person serves as the face of our office—creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy environment for employees, candidates, clients, and partners.
You’ll own the day-to-day office experience while partnering closely with the People & Culture team to bring our culture to life through events, programs, and meaningful employee touchpoints. On the talent side, you’ll play a critical support role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate and onboarding experience, helping our Talent Acquisition efforts run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Office Management & Administration
• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, candidates, clients, and vendors—creating a best-in-class first impression
• Own day-to-day office operations including reception, main line phone coverage, and general office coordination
• Manage office supply inventory, deliveries, and vendor coordination
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces, including breakrooms and common areas
• Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, client visits, and vendor engagements (room setup, catering, materials, etc.)
• Support travel coordination and booking for employees and visitors as needed
• Handle general office errands and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Culture & Employee Experience
• Partner with People & Culture leadership to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs
• Coordinate logistics for company events (team outings, celebrations, volunteer initiatives, internal programs, etc.)
• Help bring EyeQ’s core values to life through thoughtful, well-executed cultural experiences
• Support internal communications and ensure employees feel informed, connected, and engaged
• Act as a connector across teams, helping foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment
Talent & Recruiting Support
• Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with interview coordination, scheduling, and candidate communication
• Greet candidates onsite and ensure a welcoming, organized interview experience
• Assist with job postings and maintaining candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and offer logistics
• Support onboarding logistics including new hire setup, communication, and day-one experience
• Assist with recruiting events and early-career or hourly hiring efforts as needed
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of professionalism with a natural ability to create positive first impressions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy working with people at all levels
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• A proactive, team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
