ABOUT THE ROLE
Were looking for a dynamic and versatile Talent Management Specialist who thrives on variety and impact. In this role, no two days are the sameyoull partner closely with Talent Development and Business Professional Recruiting to drive end-to-end talent initiatives that shape the employee experience from day one through ongoing growth. From designing and delivering engaging training programs to supporting performance management, onboarding, and development, youll be part of the full lifecycle of key talent processes. Youll also play a pivotal role in high-visibility programs like our summer internship and temporary hiring initiatives, while contributing to strategic projects that advance firm-wide talent goals. Own and optimize e-learning platformsdriving engagement, tracking usage, and building impactful learning paths for individual contributors and teams.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions for Business Professionals on topics like performance, communication, and modern workplace skills.
Partner with stakeholders to implement targeted training solutions, sourcing vendors or facilitators and evaluating program effectiveness.
Enhance and promote manager development tools, equipping HRBPs and leaders with practical, high-impact resources.
Leverage data and metrics to evaluate learning programs, continuously improving the manager toolkit and leadership training experiences.
Champion capability building across all levels by curating learning resources, coordinating events, and driving meaningful follow-up.
Support performance management cycles, including facilitating CAP sessions and tracking key performance insights.
Contribute to talent review processes by maintaining talent data, profiles, and development planning resources.
Play a key role in recruiting operationsmanaging intranet content, coordinating projects, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless processes.
Help deliver an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience by supporting interview logistics, leading orientation programming, and contributing to intern and early talent initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelors degree required; preferred fields include Business, Adult Education, or Human Resources.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or other HR-related functions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and HR systems strongly preferred.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading both in-person and virtual training sessions; advanced fluency in MS Teams and Zoom functionality.
Highly proactive and solution-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive work forward.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess needs, prioritize effectively, and align work with business objectives.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to anticipate challenges and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to build and implement organizational solutions, even in situations without established precedent.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
San Francisco salary range: $80k to $112k
