AM Glass Inc is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-driven Estimator to join our Sales & Client Relations team. This hybrid role involves producing competitive and accurate proposals for unique commercial glazing and ornamental metal projects across NYC. Youll collaborate with designers, clients, and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions that align with project goals and constructability. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, adaptability, and a motivation to build long-lasting industry relationships.

• Collaborate with the estimating team to bid assigned commercial glazing projects.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, including detailed scope drawings.

• Attend project walkthroughs and descope meetings as needed.

• Generate kickoff packages for projects that have been awarded.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive repeat business.

• Contribute to refining systems and improving the efficiency of proposal processes.

• Minimum 1 year of estimating experience required (5+ years preferred).

• Knowledge of NYC building codes.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines without compromising accuracy.

• Highly organized and motivated with a relationship-building mindset.

• Associates degree or higher preferred.

• No specific licenses or certifications required.
