What We Offer
We're on a mission to disrupt a $500+ billion industry. To achieve that, we want to work with brilliant minds and natural leaders who are driven to out-think, out-plan, and outperform the competition. We tackle every business decision with enthusiasm, and we love the work that we do!
Your Role
- Lead design on major projects end-to-end: research, ideation, prototyping, launch, and iteration.
- Use strong UX and system design skills to explore solutions and collaborate with developers to bring them to life.
- Contribute to our design system and foster a culture of strong cross-functional collaboration, building bridges rather than walls between Design, Engineering, and Product.
- Build a deep understanding of our users through research, testing, and close collaboration with Product Managers and our internal Customer Success team.
- Create alignment across teams through clear documentation, presentations, and workshops that explain ideas, trade-offs, and gather feedback.
About You
- Experienced in managing complex design projects, ideally in a startup environment with a small team.
- Comfortable with data products and simplifying complexity without oversimplifying.
- Measure success by real user impact and qualitative insights rather than over-indexing on quantitative metrics.
- A demonstrated strength in system design, and rapid prototyping.
- Mentor and collaborator who helps others grow.
- Think in systems, not just screens, and consider the entire user journey.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and a rapid pace.
- Skilled facilitator who partners with developers, leads workshops, and drives better processes.
- Balance speed and quality, adapting fidelity to fit the stage of work.
- Contribute creative, innovative ideas beyond the brief.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Skilled at hi-fidelity prototyping through code (Framer Motion, GSAP, etc.) or advanced prototyping tools (Origami, Protopie, Framer)
- Experience vibe coding, contributing to bridging the gap between static screens in Figma and production
- Experience with TailwindCSS / React / NextJS
What We Offer
- Culture of high performance, strong talent density and in-person collaboration
- Unlimited PTO
- Competitive base pay and equity packages
- All the tools and gear you need to be successful (Macbook Pro, screens, mouse, keyboard, ChatGPT, Fullstory, etc)
- Health, dental, vision, psychology insurance
- Professional development subsidy
- Bus pass subsidy or indoor parking
- Stocked up snack bar & lunches in office 2x per week
- Dog-friendly office
- Relocation assistance, if needed
