Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Management
    • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and labor plans

    • Define project goals in collaboration with company leadership

    • Manage and track project milestones, ensuring timely completion

  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise 23 concurrent job sites, managing subcontractors and field staff

    • Assign and monitor daily tasks and team responsibilities

    • Conduct meetings and align teams with project goals and timelines

  • Budgeting & Reporting
    • Prepare cost estimates and accurate invoices

    • Track budgets and adjust resources as needed

    • Submit weekly production and project status reports to ownership

  • Customer & Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as the point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and inspectors

    • Communicate expectations clearly and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle

    • Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer quality and timeline expectations

  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure job sites follow safety standards and regulations

    • Maintain and submit job folders with complete documentation

    • Perform duties in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

  • Ownership Pathway
    • This role is designed for a candidate seeking to build sweat equity and potentially transition into part ownership of the company over time.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential project or construction management

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to run multiple job sites and supervise teams

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in construction management preferred

  • Licenses: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

  • Certification: General Contractor's Certificate preferred

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in blueprint reading, estimation, budgeting, and construction scheduling

  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
