Custodian at Distron Corporation – NORTH ATTLEBORO, Massachusetts

Job Summary: The Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance on buildings, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clean interior and exterior spaces, including floors, walls, windows, and doors, as well as restrooms and stairwells.
• Perform routine inspections of buildings and spaces.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for work performed.
• Coordinate cleaning needs with trash removal services.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver and pickup materials to company buildings and to Distron’s customers.
• Interact with various individuals including production staff and other company employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• A DOT certification/license is a plus.
• Ability to follo w written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
