Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $22 to $26 per hour plus Performance Bonus.

• Location: Greendale, WI (Travel to job sites required).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends, and Rotating On-Call.

• Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Mitigation and Reconstruction.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity You will serve as a frontline responder, providing essential mitigation and restoration services to property owners in their time of need. How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute demolition, structural drying, and debris removal tasks with precision and urgency.

• Monitor and document the progress of specialized drying equipment to ensure project transparency.

• Maintain clear communication with project managers to coordinate complex daily site tasks.

• Respond to emergency property damage losses as part of a dedicated rotating on-call team.

• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.

• Provide exceptional service to homeowners by acting as a professional and reliable representative.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong commitment to customer service and professional workplace conduct.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for job documentation.

• Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and lift at least 65 lbs frequently.

• Absolute willingness to participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or restoration.

• Demonstrated knowledge of structural mitigation and damage prevention techniques.

• Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

• Completion of formal restoration training or industry-specific certifications.
