Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at SynergenX Health Holdings LLC – St. Louis, Missouri

SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a Full time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Missouri. Must be licensed in Missouri with active DEA in Missouri as well! This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in Central Standard time zone. Due to Missouri state guidelines for DEA, if you do not have a DEA already fully active in Missouri, We will not be able to consider your application.

SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women.

Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a very unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company.

The PA or NP needs to have:

• Sound medical decision making abilities
• Current experience delivering Telehealth
• Ability to connect with patients via Telehealth and Quality patient relationship skills
• Active Missouri FNP or PA state license in good standing with Missouri being under your primary taxonomy NPI number ** REQUIRED*** Due to Missouri state guidelines for DEA, if you do not have a DEA already in Missouri, We will not be able to consider your application.
• No current or pending malpractice law suits
• Current DEA License in Missouri
• Availability of Monday - Friday 8-5pm central standard time.

Training
Remote training for 7 days

Job Location: Fully remote within Missouri, servicing Missouri patients via telehealth

Compensation: $120,000 annually
