We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Commerce City, Colorado. This Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. schedule means you enjoy a three-day weekend every week.

Position Overview:
The Production Operator is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment by efficiently packaging, sealing, labeling, and staging products for transport. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and accuracy while maintaining a smooth and timely production flow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Package, label, lot and stack all products.
- Make boxes in preparation for packing.
- Visually inspect products for defects.
- Move boxes from line to skids for wrapping and transport.
- Assist with the set-up and break-down of the various filling lines to manufacture all the different types of MicroCare Medical products.
- Operate all forklifts.
- Daily trash and cardboard disposal.
- Provide support in other areas of manufacturing as needed.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and effective operation of production equipment.
- Participate in training other Operators as needed.
- Promote an incident free workplace by complying with safety policies and procedures and participating in company safety trainings.
- General facility and production clean up as needed.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor working between production and blending.
