Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player to support the launch of IPaaS and PLM platforms. Responsibilities include assisting with data integration solutions, testing and troubleshooting, improving workflows, transitioning business processes, managing manufacturing parts data, and ensuring accurate product documentation in the PLM system.
What You'll Do:
- Managing and continuous development of the Shopify E-commerce site and HubSpot
- Integrations among Windchill, Business Central, HubSpot, Shopify
- Developing the dashboards and KPIs for marketing using Power BI
- Development of the Partners Portal within E-commerce
- Working with the Graphic Designer in updating product literature, including specification sheets, product brochures, and other printer and electronic material
- Work with the graphic designer on copywriting, design, layout, and production of ads, newsflash, and/or promotional materials.
- Implementing best practices across the marketing and sales teams.
- Supporting the sales team with integration requests
- Managing employee portal website.
- Managing Norsat Udemy Online Courses
- Maintain product life cycle, price, and BOM
- Updating product lead time, stocking, and reseller stocking info.
- Organizing sales confluence meetings
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing
- Prior experience using Power BI in a manufacturing environment is preferred;
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments;
- Excellent MS Office computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Power BI.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong team player with excellent problem and conflict solving skills; resourceful and proactive;
- Commitment to product quality and delivery deadlines based on cost and time constraints
- Able to both train and learn from others;
- Enthusiastic, energetic, positive working attitude;
- An adaptable personality to integrate with a diverse group of people;
- Exemplary organization and time management skills; excellent multitasking ability;
- Strong ethics and values;
- Ability to read and write Simplified Chinese is an asset.
