Description: Sales Consultant - Luxury Custom Homes

Position Overview
Our client designs and builds award-winning luxury custom homes throughout the Upstate of South
Carolina. Their homes are recognized for refined architecture, elevated interiors, seamless indoor-
outdoor living, and exceptional craftsmanship. Their customers are discerning, experienced decision-makers who

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who:
• Has 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a senior client-facing role
• Is comfortable advising clients on high-value, complex decisions
• Understands that trust, credibility, and process drive results-not pressure
• Is self-directed, accountable, and motivated by performance• Brings maturity, professionalism, and strong
judgment to every interaction

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective custom home clients
• Lead clients through a consultative discovery and education process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, referral partners, and industry professionals
• Manage and nurture prospects through the CRM with disciplined follow-up and documentation
• Conduct private appointments, model home tours, and curated client and Realtor events
• Collaborate closely with design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure alignment and continuity
• Represent the AR Homes / American Eagle Builders brand consistently and professionally
