This role provides an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance global benefits and leave programs within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Member of People Operations, Benefits and Leave Management will design, implement, and administer programs that ensure compliance, promote employee well-being, and deliver a seamless experience for a diverse workforce. You will navigate complex multi-jurisdictional regulations, leverage HRIS systems, and collaborate across teams to drive data-informed decisions. This position allows you to impact organizational strategy while fostering a positive culture, supporting talent retention, and contributing to operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, analytical rigor, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality, globally consistent benefits and leave solutions.
Accountabilities:- Administer global benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other employee offerings, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Manage end-to-end leave administration across multiple jurisdictions, including statutory and company-specific leaves (e.g., FMLA, PFL)
- Partner with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure seamless integration of benefits and leave processes
- Maintain HRIS systems for benefits and leave, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and process automation
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights and propose enhancements to optimize employee experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage renewals, plan design, and service quality
- Provide guidance and clear communication to employees on benefits and leave policies, promoting understanding and compliance
Requirements:
- 57+ years of progressive experience in People Operations with a dedicated focus on benefits and leave management, preferably in financial services or a global organization
- Direct experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Dayforce for benefits and leave administration
- Strong knowledge of global and U.S.-specific leave and benefits regulations, including FMLA, ADA, PFL, ERISA, ACA, and GDPR
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, including annual enrollment, vendor transitions, and policy implementations
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex policies to diverse audiences
- High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners
- Preferred: experience with global immigration processes, professional certifications (CEBS, SHRM-SCP/CP), or supporting benefits and leave in EMEA or APAC regions
