Job Title: 1st and 2nd Shift Injection Molding Operator
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00AM-4:00 PM) 2nd Shift (4:00PM-2:00AM) Monday-Thursday Job Summary:
As a 1st or 2nd Shift Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines
• Inspect molded parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Record production data and complete necessary documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with line clearance and clean-up procedures
• Communicate any production or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
