What you will be doing:
The advancement of our industry, brand, and reputation is being driven by our Preventative Maintenance Technician. As a ConServ PM Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
• Coil cleaning, filter changes, drain cleaning.
• Operational checks on commercial HVAC systems
• Assisting HVAC/R Service Technicians with installations and repair of HVAC/R equipment when required.

What you need for this position:
• Universal EPA required
• A minimum of 1-3 years of HVAC knowledge/experience
• Refrigeration experience is a PLUS but not required
• HVAC schooling is a preferred
• Individual MUST have a Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
