TCC is seeking an organized and motivated Construction Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to support our growing construction operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in the construction industry while gaining hands-on exposure to project coordination, purchasing, and vendor management.
In this role, you will work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure projects stay organized, materials arrive on time, and documentation remains accurate. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with purchasing construction materials and obtaining supplier quotes.
Create, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Maintain project logs, files, and documentation to support project managers.
Coordinate deliveries with vendors, suppliers, and field teams.
Assist with material submittals and approvals as required by project specifications.
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding orders, timelines, and documentation.
Provide administrative support to project managers and construction team members.
Help ensure accurate record keeping for project-related documentation and communications.
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfortable using computers, email, and spreadsheet software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
