About the position:

As we continue to grow globally, we are opening up a new Talent Manager role within our People & Culture team. This role will play a key part in leading recruitment strategy and attracting elite talent to support the next phase of our expansion.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain our recruitment handbook to ensure a deliberate and high-standard approach to hiring
- Partner with leaders to design roles effectively and support strong hiring decisions that align our culture and long-term growth.
- Lead recruitment for priority and complex roles across the business while supporting the TA Specialist in delivering recruitment activity across other roles.
- Lead recruitment strategy, including talent pipeline development and market insights, and partner with the Head of People & Culture to inform workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment data and hiring outcomes to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
- Support the development of Cullen’s employer brand and recruitment messaging where relevant.
What are we seeking?
- Demonstrated experience in a senior recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent partnering role; with experience in people management.
- Experience building recruitment frameworks, interview practices, or hiring standards within a growing organisation.
- Strong ability to partner with leaders on hiring decisions and contribute recruitment insights to support workforce planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment, maintaining focus and sound judgement while adapting to changing business needs.
- Strong capability in using recruitment technology and systems to improve sourcing strategies, hiring processes, and data-driven decision-making.
