Description:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of activities (some of which are highly confidential) in the area of document and mail processing. May perform the duties of Office Services Technician I.

Responsibilities:
Performs work in a safe manner. Complies with all safety rules, regulations and procedures. Performs all work that they are qualified and trained to do in a manner to protect themselves, their fellow employees and the general public from injury. - Operates computer printer and associated computer software, hardware and related equipment. - Performs document production and mail related duties. - Communicates with employees that use the services provided. - Lifts up to 70 pounds. - Instructs and trains employees in their work. Note: If the Company re-establishes or otherwise expands its current operations where duties are performed as described above in the communities identified in the Local 499 South Central, Southeast and Southwest Seniority Units, then in that event, employees under the above job description will perform such work.
