We are currently looking for Salesforce Developer Lead

Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in an international challenging opportunity. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and maturity in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of best practices within the technology.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain​.
Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications​.
Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards​.
Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope​.
Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes​.
Defining and reviewing test cases​.
Must-Have Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).
Nice to Have:

Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
