Responsibilities:

• Uphold and promote the organizations CARE values across all operations.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
• Implement and execute strategies focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance within the assigned business unit.
• Communicate and reinforce the organizations mission and core values across teams.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by strictly adhering to product specifications and achieving high first-pass yield rates.
• Champion all safety programs, site-specific plans, and organizational safety initiatives.
• Oversee and manage the business units operating budget to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to optimize production processes, equipment efficiency, and product quality.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, safety standards, and quality practices among supervisors and team members.
• Plan, prioritize, and align work activities to meet organizational goals and commitments.
• Lead the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to achieve operational targets, including on-time completion, reduced warranty rates, zero safety incidents, and productivity goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certifications in manufacturing are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a large manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in team development, change management, process optimization, and driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles; experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, delegation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift/move more than 50 lbs. at a time
• Stand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period
