This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships within a portfolio of commercial and enterprise accounts. You will proactively identify expansion opportunities, optimize license usage, and guide clients on maximizing their investment in software solutions. The position requires a combination of strong sales development skills, strategic account engagement, and effective communication to translate technical features into clear business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while contributing to a high-performance, supportive team culture. The role operates remotely within the EST or CST time zones and provides exposure to enterprise sales processes, account management, and SaaS solutions.
- Engage proactively with existing commercial and enterprise accounts to identify growth, expansion, and premium feature adoption opportunities
- Track customer interactions, business insights, and follow-ups using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
- Leverage sales intelligence platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft) to identify and reach key decision-makers
- Create customer-facing content and presentations demonstrating product value and business impact
- Guide clients through product features, assisting with purchases, upgrades, and subscription optimization
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Share best practices and support team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in software/SaaS sales, customer success, lead generation, or sales development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical benefits into business value
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple customer needs simultaneously
- Team-oriented with competitive drive and motivation to grow into account management or sales leadership roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Navigator preferred
