What Youll Do at Monarch
  • Design and develop role-specific learning content for leasing, property management, maintenance, and corporate teams
  • Create engaging digital training including eLearning modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments
  • Translate complex operational processes and policies into clear, learner-friendly content
  • Partner with subject matter experts across Monarch Investment & Management Group to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles
  • Continuously improve content based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs
  • Support LMS uploads, testing, and reporting
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions as needed
  • Ensure all content aligns with Monarch standards, brand voice, and compliance requirements (including Fair Housing)
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or similar role
  • Proven experience creating digital learning content (eLearning, video, job aids)
  • Proficiency with tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Canva, Camtasia, or similar
  • Experience working within an LMS platform
  • Yardi experience strongly preferred
  • Background in multifamily, property management, hospitality, retail, or operations-driven environments preferred
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, throughout our nationwide portfolio
