Requirements About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, team-driven Assembler for our Milwaukie Kitchen. The Assembler is responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality food products in a high-volume production kitchen environment, following company specifications, food safety guidelines, and established production schedules. This role supports daily kitchen operations by maintaining consistency, efficiency, and quality while contributing to a clean, safe, and collaborative workplace This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional food products at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble food items including sandwiches, salads, burritos, and catering trays according to production specifications and quality standards
• Meet daily production goals and complete assigned tasks within established timelines
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe workstations in compliance with sanitation and safety policies
• Follow company recipes and production procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Monitor food handling practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper storage temperatures
• Complete required production paperwork and daily cleaning/task lists accurately
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support smooth workflow and efficient operations
• Participate in required training, certifications, and continuous learning opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic food service or kitchen experience preferred; 6+ months in a food service or production kitchen a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, accountability, and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs. consistently, and work in refrigerated environments
