About the Role

Our General Labor Employees play critical roles in producing our products! Multiple positions available with material handling, basic equipment operation, and sanitation. Multiple shifts available. The role supports production goals through teamwork, reliability, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic manufacturing equipment under supervision
• Supply materials to production lines and remove finished goods
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of work areas and equipment
• Follow all safety rules, GMPs, and Company procedures
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
• Participate in team meetings and required training

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 40lbs, standing, and repetitive tasks
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Familiarity with food production a plus, but not required
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as required to meet production requirements
