• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information as needed.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through solutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
