This role sits at the intersection of advanced ServiceNow engineering, enterprise platform architecture, and AI-driven digital transformation in a global healthcare technology environment. You will lead the design and evolution of complex ServiceNow solutions that support critical healthcare IT operations and improve service delivery at scale. The position combines deep technical ownership with strategic influence, as you help shape the roadmap toward a more intelligent, AI-enabled platform ecosystem. You will work across global engineering teams, collaborating with stakeholders in multiple regions while ensuring architectural consistency, performance, and scalability. In addition to hands-on development and system design, you will mentor engineers and elevate technical standards across the organization. - Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise-scale environments
- Drive the evolution of the ServiceNow platform toward AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent automation
- Architect and implement technical solutions using ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and APIs
- Develop and maintain integrations using protocols and technologies such as REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, SAML, JDBC, ODBC, and secure file transfer methods
- Design scalable, highly available ServiceNow environments ensuring performance, reliability, and recoverability
- Manage release cycles, including update sets, code reviews, and deployment quality assurance
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans
- Produce and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, design, and development standards
- Mentor engineering teams and share best practices to elevate technical capability across the organization
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and enterprise platform engineering
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules and ServiceNow architecture
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog
- Proven experience in ServiceNow customization and development using scripts, workflows, APIs, and UI components
- Strong integration experience with enterprise systems and authentication protocols (SSO, SAML, REST, LDAP, etc.)
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
- Experience working in multi-domain ServiceNow environments
- ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications required
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience applying AI capabilities within enterprise platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across global, distributed teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to lead complex technical initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
