About the Job:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Records Retriever to support our operations team in obtaining and managing medical documentation for insurance-related cases. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with healthcare providers, following up on record requests, and ensuring timely and accurate case processing.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in BPO, healthcare support, or customer service, who are comfortable handling high-volume tasks, communicating with external stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and process assigned medical records requests on a daily basis
- Contact hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to request and follow up on medical records
- Ensure all cases are updated, documented, and completed within required timelines
- Monitor progress of requests and proactively follow up to avoid delays
- Handle escalations and coordinate with clients and supervisors when necessary
- Verify completeness and accuracy of received records
- Submit and track payment requests related to record retrieval
- Reopen and resolve cases with missing or incomplete information
- Maintain quality standards and meet productivity targets set by the client
- Document all actions and updates in internal systems
What You'll Bring:
- At least 2 years in college (any course; medical-related is a plus)
- Minimum 6 months BPO or customer service experience (voice or non-voice)
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical records is an advantage but not required
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in using computers and multiple systems/tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workloads
- Comfortable making outbound calls to healthcare providers
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

The pay range for this role is:
19,000 - 21,000 PHP per month(Bacolod Office)
