You will serve as a key scientific voice, guiding medical education, external communications, and clinical evidence generation. Working closely with research, development, commercial, and medical affairs teams, you will help translate complex oncology data into meaningful clinical value. Accountabilities:
  • Lead clinical development strategies for ctDNA-based oncology diagnostics, with a primary focus on GU cancers such as bladder and kidney cancer.
  • Collaborate with medical leadership to design and execute clinical programs, ensuring strong scientific validity and clinical relevance.
  • Drive medical education initiatives and oversee scientific communications to healthcare professionals on oncology testing solutions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop clear, compelling medical messaging that supports product adoption and clinical understanding.
  • Represent the organization at national and international medical conferences, scientific forums, and industry events.
  • Contribute to clinical trial design, data interpretation, and publication efforts in collaboration with research and development teams.
  • Provide expert guidance across oncology indications, ensuring broad clinical insight across tumor types and histologies.
  • Foster a culture of scientific excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the oncology medical team.
  • Ensure alignment across clinical, research, and commercial functions to support effective product development and adoption.
Requirements:
  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree with board certification in Oncology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in oncology practice, ideally with exposure to clinical research or development.
  • Strong expertise in genitourinary cancers, particularly bladder and kidney cancer, is highly preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of oncology across multiple tumor types and disease indications.
  • Experience with clinical trial methodology, protocol development, and interpretation of clinical data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams including clinical, research, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment with strong scientific rigor.
