Position Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care of tools and equipment
- Load, transport, and distribute materials, tools, and supplies as needed on the jobsite
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, grading, and spreading dirt or gravel using hand tools
- Assist crews with various phases of construction, including site preparation and utility work
- Travel between job sites as required to support project needs
- Work collaboratively with crew members to ensure efficient and productive operations
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop skills for advancement into higher-level roles
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success
Position Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work, including site cleanup, digging, and use of basic hand tools
- Physically capable of lifting 70 lbs. or more and working in a demanding outdoor environment
- Reliable transportation to and from various job sites
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
