Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care of tools and equipment
2. Load, transport, and distribute materials, tools, and supplies as needed on the jobsite
3. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, grading, and spreading dirt or gravel using hand tools
4. Assist crews with various phases of construction, including site preparation and utility work
5. Travel between job sites as required to support project needs
6. Work collaboratively with crew members to ensure efficient and productive operations
7. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop skills for advancement into higher-level roles
8. Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success

What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum 1 year of construction or general labor experience preferred
2. Ability to perform physical, hands-on work, including site cleanup, digging, and use of basic hand tools
3. Physically capable of lifting 70 lbs. or more and working in a demanding outdoor environment
4. Reliable transportation to and from various job sites
5. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require
6. High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
