This is a high-impact position for someone who treats Salesforce as a product and thrives in ownership-driven environments.
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user support, configuration updates, break-fix resolution, and intake management of enhancement requests.
- Design, build, and maintain new features, automations, and system enhancements across Salesforce and integrated tools.
- Manage and optimize complex integrations and managed packages (e.g., CPQ, DealHub, Rocketlane, Gong, HubSpot).
- Maintain strong data integrity across the platform, improving data quality and ensuring reliable reporting and analytics.
- Debug, review, and refactor existing Apex code, identifying performance risks and supporting necessary improvements.
- Establish and enforce structured release and change management processes for all Salesforce deployments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- Document system architecture, automations, and configurations to ensure long-term maintainability and risk reduction.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex production environment.
- Strong ability to read, debug, and refactor Apex code with confidence.
- Proven experience managing multiple Salesforce managed packages and resolving integration issues.
- Deep expertise in Flow Builder and Salesforce automation tools (Flows, triggers, process automation).
- Salesforce certification (Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator) or equivalent hands-on expertise.
- Experience with CPQ tools such as DealHub or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving business context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Competitive salary ranging from 104,000 to 130,000 CAD, based on experience and location.
- Unlimited vacation policy for strong work-life balance.
- Comprehensive health coverage including dental, vision, travel, and life insurance.
- Wellness spending account to support personal health and lifestyle needs.
- Employee and family assistance program.
- Flexible working arrangements with remote-first options.
- Learning and development budget to support continuous career growth.
- Home office support budget for remote setup.
- Access to advanced AI tools and modern technology stack.
- Opportunity to work in a leading AI-driven, innovation-focused environment.
