This executive leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a global partner ecosystem that drives significant revenue growth within a leading SaaS organization focused on education and public sector transformation. As Vice President, Global Channels, you will define and execute a comprehensive partner strategy across resellers, system integrators, distributors, and institutional alliances. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market execution and expanding market reach through strategic partnerships. The role requires a strong balance of commercial leadership, ecosystem building, and cross-functional collaboration at the executive level. You will oversee a global organization while directly influencing ARR growth, retention, and market expansion. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned leader passionate about scaling partner-led revenue in complex, mission-driven markets.
- Own and drive significant ARR growth, expansion, and retention (GRR) through global channel and partner ecosystems across education and public sector markets
- Design and execute a scalable global partner strategy including resellers, system integrators, distributors, and institutional alliances
- Develop and optimize go-to-market models that maximize coverage, market access, and revenue performance through partners
- Lead and scale a global organization of channel and alliance leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Establish and manage complex partner relationships, including contract structures, procurement pathways, and enterprise-level agreements
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape overall company strategy and influence long-term growth initiatives
- Drive cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, product, and operations to enable partner success
- Ensure pipeline growth and revenue accountability through structured partner-led distribution models
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in SaaS or technology go-to-market leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience building, scaling, and managing global channel or strategic partner ecosystems with direct revenue ownership
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner-led or indirect sales models
- Experience structuring complex enterprise, institutional, or public sector partnerships
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in education technology, public sector, or adjacent vertical SaaS environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success operating in high-growth, venture-backed organizations
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 20–25% for key business events, partner meetings, and strategic engagements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
