We are a trusted contractor specializing in replacement windows, siding, roofing, decks, and fences. Through our partnership with a leading big-box home improvement retailer, we help homeowners protect, enhance, and transform their properties with high-quality products and exceptional service.

We’re seeking motivated, outgoing Project Consultants with strong integrity and a passion for helping homeowners in Columbia, SC and surrounding areas. This fully commission-based role offers high earning potential, performance bonuses, and a car allowance + fuel card. As a Project Consultant, you will:

• Generate leads by engaging with customers in-store and at events hosted by our Big Box Retail Partner.

• Build relationships with homeowners and educate them on replacement windows, siding, roofing, decks, and fences.

• Represent our brand and our retail partner with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Drive sales through consultative selling, follow-up, and strong communication.
