Overview

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational and transactional support to the Sales Team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage requests and cases through CRM tools and established processes, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate and coordinate communication, proposal preparation, and/or order processing with internal teams such as Accounting, Legal, and Vehicle Management, escalating issues when additional expertise is required.
- Deliver problem resolution and quality assurance while maintaining a balanced and organized workload.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, supporting reporting and metrics that enhance visibility and accountability.
- Contribute to process improvements that streamline engagement and strengthen alignment across the organization.
- Maintain current knowledge of contract vehicle rules and regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications
Experience Level:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, contracts, business operations, or related administrative support functions.

- Ability to organize, manage and process a large volume request under strict deadlines
- Attention to detail
