About This Position
Position Summary |
Works closely with HR and Production Manager/Supervisor to help create, plan, and run training programs for new hires as well as on the job training of production floor associates. Maintains records for training and production through data entry and other forms of tracking. |

Position Requirements To perform at a proficient level and to be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have: | ||
Education: (Minimum required) | High school diploma or equivalent. 2 + years of college or equivalent preferred. | |
Experience: (Minimum required) | Two (2) + years in production or equivalent work experience preferred. Two (2) years leadership equivalent preferred. | |
