Field Marketing Manager (Sales & Marketing Leadership Role) at Everdry Waterproofing of Pittsburgh – Evans City, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a motivated Canvassing Manager to build, train, and lead a team of field marketers. In this role, you will be the "boots on the ground" leader, responsible for driving lead generation targets and ensuring your team succeeds. You aren't just managing from a desk; you are out in the field, coaching your team, and setting the pace.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit & Train: Hire, train, and mentor new canvassers to ensure they understand our proven systems and scripts.
Field Management: Manage daily territory assignments (turf management) and transport the team to and from marketing areas.
Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team metrics (leads per hour, demos set) and provide real-time coaching to improve performance.
Motivation: Foster a positive, energetic, and competitive team culture that drives results.
Reporting: Track daily production and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, or field marketing management is required.
Leadership: Proven ability to motivate a team and hold others accountable to goals.
Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (you will be driving company vehicles).
Attitude: High energy, thick skin, and a results-driven mindset.

Competitive Pay: $45,000 guaranteed base salary.
