Practice Manager at Silveranda LLC – Margate, Florida
About This Position
To lead the operational launch and growth of a new office, scaling the practice from limited operating days to five full operating days per week within a defined timeframe, while establishing strong operational, financial, and community foundations.
Operations & Office Leadership:
- Serve as the on-site operational leader for the practice
- Establish daily workflows, office protocols, and operational standards
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, staffing coordination, and day-to-day office management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, systems, and performance expectations
- Act as the primary liaison between the office and regional/corporate leadership
Patient Experience & Treatment Coordination:
- Function as a Treatment Coordinator as needed, including:
- Patient education and case presentation
- Financial discussions and conversion support
- Supporting same-day starts and acceptance goals
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent patient experience from first contact through treatment start
Growth, Marketing & Community Outreach:
Lead local marketing and community networking efforts to drive new patient volume
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, schools, community organizations, and local businesses
Represent the practice at community events and outreach initiatives
Track referral sources and effectiveness of outreach efforts
Financial & Performance Management:
- Drive key performance indicators including:
- New patient volume
- Treatment acceptance and conversion
- Schedule utilization
- Production growth
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Identify barriers to growth and proactively implement solutions
Startup Execution & Accountability:
- Operate with a startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, and execution-focused
- Meet clearly defined milestones and deliverables throughout the contract term
- Participate in regular performance reviews and progress check-ins
- Provide transparent reporting on outcomes, challenges, and next steps
Contract Structure & Evaluation:
- This role is offered as a contracted position with a defined term
- Performance will be evaluated against predetermined goals and timelines
- At the conclusion of the contract period, leadership will determine:
- Whether the role transitions into a permanent position
- Scope expansion or modification of responsibilities
- Long-term leadership opportunities based on performance and growth achieved
