As the Director, Regional Market Access, Urology, EMEA, you will be the strategic driver for enabling patient access to our urology portfolio across key EMEA markets. In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead regional market access strategy, shape payer value narratives, and partner closely with cross functional teams to secure and maintain reimbursement pathways. Youll influence regional decision making without direct people managementacting as a trusted thought leader who brings clarity, rigor, and creativity to complex access environments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional market access strategy for the Urology portfolio across priority EMEA markets.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert in payer evidence requirements, reimbursement processes, pricing frameworks, and HTA pathways.
- Lead development of value propositions, payer communication tools, and regionally optimized access materials in collaboration with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical, and Marketing.
- Engage with regional decisionmakersincluding HTA assessors, payers, clinical KOLs, and advocacy groupsto shape understanding of clinical utility and economic value.
- Provide strategic guidance and partnership to country teams to support marketspecific submissions, development of health economic models, pricing strategies, and reimbursement negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs to define regional evidence generation needs and inform clinical/realworld data priorities.
- Interpret evolving policy, regulatory, and reimbursement trends across EMEA, translating them into actionable insights for crossfunctional partners.
- Lead crossfunctional access planning during launches, expansions, and lifecycle milestones.
- Drive and support Market Access projects as part of the Breast Cancer portfolio upon request.
- Represent Market Access leadership in regional and global strategic forums, influencing direction across multiple teams (consistent with Directorlevel expectations for broad organizational impact).
- Embody and model the Veracyte Wayengaging stakeholders early, debating thoughtfully, innovating with purpose, acting with integrity, and driving progress with urgency.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in market access, reimbursement, payer strategy, or health economics within diagnostics, medical devices, or specialty therapeutics.
- Deep understanding of HTA processes and payer decision frameworks across major EMEA markets and successful experiences from European HTA processes e.g. IQWIG/GBA, HAS or NICE.
- Proven success developing regional market access strategies and value narratives for scientifically complex products.
- Strong fluency in interpreting and communicating clinical, health economic, and realworld evidence to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional influence without direct authorityaligning multiple stakeholders and driving shared outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholderengagement skills; able to navigate highstakes conversations with poise.

- Master degree in a relevant field (life sciences, health economics, public health, business, or similar).
- 20% travel to conferences, sales meetings, and customer engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health economics, public health, life sciences, policy, or related discipline.
- Experience with diagnostic reimbursement, including LDT/IVD evidence standards, clinical utility demonstration, and HEOR modeling.
- Background supporting multiple countries or a broad EMEA region with diverse payer systems.
- Experience shaping evidence generation strategies or partnering directly with Medical Affairs teams and external consultancy.
- Familiarity with the urology therapeutic and diagnostic landscape (e.g., prostate, bladder, or kidney cancer testing).
- Comfort navigating dynamic, fastgrowing environments where ambiguity is common and innovation is encouraged.
Location: The position is based in Europe with a preference for candidates based out of Germany. Strong preference for German language skills at a level which allows interactions with payers and KOLs in the DACH region. We are also open to candidates based out of Italy, Spain.
