Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking full time Secretary II in Port Hueneme, CA.
Job Summary: This role provides administrative support to organizational leadership and department personnel, ensuring smooth operations and consistent communication across the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates priorities between leadership and staff, manages complex scheduling needs, organizes meetings and conferences, and oversees procurement of office supplies.
Handles correspondence with precision and maintains well‑structured digital and physical records systems that support compliance, audit readiness, and efficient information retrieval.
Oversees the full travel administration process, preparing authorizations, arranging all travel components, and reconciling expenses in accordance with federal regulations.
Tracks and manages taskers, personnel actions, training requests, and other time‑sensitive requirements across multiple stakeholders.
Serves as the point of contact for Records Management, ensuring program compliance and engagement.
Supports facility operations by submitting and monitoring service requests through resolution, maintaining an effective work environment.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years’ experience in providing principal secretarial support in an office environment at an enterprise level organization..
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Skilled in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $24.45 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
