- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to effectively position, sell, and deliver enterprise solutions.
- Define engagement strategies for key accounts and coordinate internal stakeholders to maximize partner impact.
- Manage partner deal pipelines, including deal registration, progression tracking, and successful deal closure.
- Operationalize partner programs, establish activity tracking, and drive joint business plans and marketing initiatives.
- Align partner strategies with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize strategic outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, alliances, or partnerships at an enterprise SaaS company, GSI, or leading consulting firm (MCF/MBB).
- Direct experience working with or within major GSIs or consulting firms, such as Accenture, Deloitte, or Capgemini.
- Proven track record in building and growing services revenue streams, co-selling, and co-delivery initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, with executive presence and ability to engage stakeholders across partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated project planning and execution skills, managing complex partner initiatives from strategy through delivery.
- Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple partners and deals simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset to assess partner performance, pipeline health, and identify improvement opportunities.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($250,000$300,000), with eligibility for variable compensation, equity, and additional incentives.
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage including Medical, Dental, and Vision.
- Generous time-off policy and parental leave.
- 401(k) plan with company contributions to support long-term financial goals.
- Home office improvement stipend, plus annual education and wellness stipends.
- Vibrant company culture with regular events and daily healthy lunches.
- Fully remote role with a global, diverse, and inclusive team environment.
