What You'll Do

- Give medications safely and accurately
- Check on residents' health and report changes
- Assist the care team with daily care tasks
- Support residents and their families with compassion

What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
- Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
