Cardiac Sonographer at Rush Copley Medical Center – Aurora, Illinois

Position Summary
Responsible for delivery of appropriate cardiology services in a timely and courteous manner, i.e. Echo, EKG, TEE, Stress testing. Participates in patient/family teaching and works cooperatively with other team members to meet patients needs.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 8 months of hire.
• Must be able to demonstrate clinical competence in performing echocardiography, TEE, and stress echo.
• Must have accreditation in sonography.
