Marketing Technology Coordinator

Summary

The Marketing Technology Coordinator supports the firm’s marketing technology tools and related systems. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data within these systems and for executing the processes and procedures related to their use. The incumbent coordinates data quality management procedures and works closely with the appropriate resources to process contact, company, activity and other data. The incumbent contributes to the development and delivery of training programs as well as provides support to internal resources. Along with the rest of the Marketing Technology team, the Coordinator serves as an ambassador for the technology, people and processes related to marketing technology tools by encouraging its use and best practices.



Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the overall quality of contact relationship data by examining contact data changes and encouraging CRM system best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze data changes made by system users, including lawyers, secretaries and other operations personnel.
  • Test all firm-wide email campaigns, including client alerts, invitations, newsletters, surveys, holiday cards, etc.,
  • Assist with daily data quality procedures, including checking for duplicate contacts, merging duplicate contacts, standardizing address data and ensuring that necessary data fields are populated.
  • Research email bounce backs, and update contact information as appropriate.
  • Provide day to day user support and trouble shooting assistance.
  • Assist with data imports and exports.
  • Produce analytical reports to support marketing initiatives.
  • Provide varied project support as directed by the Marketing Technology Manager.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section. Target Salary Range
$53,000 - $75,000 if located in Illinois

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with marketing technologies including ERM, Experience Management or CRM and electronic marketing management tools
  • Strong research skills leveraging internet search, LinkedIn and online databases
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, especially using Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks and processes efficiently and effectively with minimal direct supervision

Preferred:

  • Experience with InterAction, Salesforce, Vuture or similar technologies
  • Experience in a global law firm and/or professional services environment
  • Data entry and quality control experience
