The House supervisor is required to ensure patient care and safety is met for all units by ensuring clinical staff are following code of ethics and code of conduct. HS coordinates the response to significant, planned or unplanned events that threaten the institution's people, structures, ability to operate, assets and/or reputation. HS will round with both patients and employees, being open to feedback to create efficiencies and process improvement.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services, ICARE standards, adherence to the Code of Conduct, organization policies, ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Administration and Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Graduate of an RN School of Nursing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1-2 years of RN experience

Possesses current State RN license.

Maintain current BLS and ACLS
