Lead, Digital Producer
Group O is searching for a candidate who will lead the end-to-end digital initiatives and content production across B2B (Clients Business) online platforms, including web and mobile experiences that support business customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for one of our clients. Acts as the central orchestrator between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing project intake through Adobe Workfront, coordinating scope, prioritization, and execution across the digital ecosystem.

This role bridges Lines of Business owners, digital marketing, UX, product, sales operations, SEO, legal, call center stakeholders, design teams, and web implementers to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, technically sound, SEO-compliant, and aligned with business objectives and customer experience standards.


Key Responsibilities


• Serve as primary point of contact for our clients Business stakeholders, managing project intake via Adobe Workfront and clarifying scope, requirements, and success criteria.
• Lead 15–20 concurrent digital projects weekly, ranging from minor content updates and legal changes to full product launches and new business line website builds.
• Assess incoming requests to determine scope, prioritization, asset requirements, and technical feasibility within CMS and platform constraints.
• Collaborate with Design teams to develop digital assets and coordinate with web implementers responsible for backend code and CMS execution.
• Oversee implementation within Storyblok CMS, ensuring accurate content publishing, asset linking, navigation placement, buy-flow integration, and user journey alignment.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable project plans for engineering and implementation teams.
• Ensure digital content adheres to SEO best practices including metadata, URL structure, ARIA labeling, and discoverability standards.
• Validate website updates through structured QA processes to confirm visual accuracy, functional performance, and alignment with original requirements before launch.
• Communicate timelines, status updates, risks, and completion reports to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with SEO and analytics teams to support optimization initiatives and implement required website changes for testing and campaign performance.
• Maintain governance of digital production workflows, ensuring proper documentation, tagging, archiving, and release tracking across systems.

Tools & Systems Environment
• Adobe Workfront – Project intake, workflow tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Storyblok CMS – Website content management, publishing, and digital experience configuration.
• General Project Management Tools – Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar systems.
• Digital Ecosystem Knowledge – Understanding of URL structures, asset linking, page inspection, navigation logic, and buy-flow configuration.
• SEO & Accessibility Standards – Metadata optimization, ARIA labels, discoverability best practices.

Note: Advanced coding expertise is not required; however, candidates must understand how CMS platforms function and how web implementations are executed within digital production environments.


Job Qualifications


Education:
  • Minimum 4 year degree or equivalent job experience
Qualifications:
• 7–10+ years of digital production, digital marketing operations, or web project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end digital initiatives in B2B or lead-generation environments.
• Demonstrated experience working within CMS platforms and collaborating with web development or implementation teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to align business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent digital workstreams with structured prioritization.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and digital best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Level Criteria
1. Scope:
Leads multiple concurrent digital initiatives across our clients B2B digital ecosystem with moderate oversight. Accountable for end-to-end execution from intake through launch.
2. Knowledge:
Experienced digital professional with strong understanding of CMS environments, digital production workflows, SEO fundamentals, and cross-functional collaboration models.
3. Complexity:
Manages initiatives spanning multiple business units, systems, and release cycles requiring prioritization, technical coordination, and risk mitigation.
4. Supervision:
Operates with general direction on strategic priorities; independently manages day-to-day digital execution and stakeholder alignment.
5. Impact:
Decisions directly influence digital platform performance, campaign execution, user experience quality, and project delivery timelines. Effective leadership drives measurable improvements in operational efficiency and engagement outcomes.
