What Symbe can offer you:
  • Role: Senior Fullstack Developer with AI
  • Salary: 80k-120k GBP/year netto B2B
  • Working hours: between 8:00 - 18:00

The biggest challange in Senior Fullstack Developer with AI role:
  • You’ll own overall technical planning, implementation, testing and monitoring of the features you build, taking them from Figma design to release.
  • You’ll know when to challenge requirements and research approaches based on understanding our users and codebase.
  • You’ll join a very fast growing team - working closely with the CTO, a skilled senior dev team, and the product & design team.
What you'll need?
  • minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Developer, preferably with a strong focus on TypeScript
  • proficiency in building modern web applications using Node.js, React and tRPC, with a pragmatic approach to designing and maintaining complex systems,
  • hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, ideally AWS - and the ability to build scalable, reliable services,
  • solid foundations in application testing (Jest) and a strong commitment to code quality,
  • experience with MongoDB database,
  • AI-native mindset, with familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem (nice to have: Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and enthusiasm for leveraging these tools in day-to-day work,

Stage 1: 30 minutes chat with recruiter from Bee Talents

Stage 2: 30 minutes exploratory chat with client

Stage 3: 40 minutes code review with one of the employees, 40m talking through implementing a full-stack feature with CTO

Stage 4: 1h30 minutes live coding with CTO followed by a 30m debrief

Stage 5: Calls with CEO and Head of Product Design
